Eating mango after eating is not dangerous but it can have a bad effect on the digestive system. On eating mango immediately after eating, Geetika Chopra says that it is a little heavy and a fruit rich in natural sugar.

Eating mango immediately after a meal can cause a blood sugar spike. Apart from this, digestive overload may occur. If someone has diabetes or insulin resistance, they should take special care that it is not right to consume mangoes after eating food.

Keep this in mind

Experts say that eat fruits 30 to 60 minutes before meals. If you want to eat after dinner or lunch, then keep a gap of 1.5 to 2 hours. Keep in mind the limit while eating mango. However, it is best to eat it during the day. It is not dangerous to eat it after meals during the day or at night, but wrong timing can disturb digestion and sugar control.

Apart from this, one should avoid drinking mango shake mixed with milk. Ayurveda says that doing this causes harm to our digestive system.

Drinking mango juice reduces its fiber intake. Instead, it is best to eat it directly by cutting it.
