I think the future of payment is very bright and it comes with simplicity and ease of use.

- In your opinion, what are the factors that cause people to use the cashless method?

Jawaban:

I think more people use cashless methods because of the simplicity and people are not afraid of losing money. For example, hard cash can fall from our pocket.

- If you were to choose between a cash or cashless method of payment, which would you prefer? Why?

Jawaban:

I would prefer cashless, because it is easier and I do not need to bring any cash that can be dangerous if we bring more because someone might steal it.

- In your country, do people prefer to use cash or cashless?

Jawaban:

In my country, there are a huge amount of people who prefer cash since technology is not spread evenly.
