NTET 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the provisional answer key along with the recorded responses for the National Teacher Eligibility Test (NTET) 2026. This exam took place across the country on April 28, 2026, utilizing a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format.

Viewing and Challenging the Answer Key

Candidates who participated in the exam can access their answer keys through the official portal. If they find any discrepancies in the answers, they have the option to file an objection.

**Objection Submission Deadline: May 3**

As per the notice from the NTA, the window for challenging the answer key opened on May 1, 2026. Candidates can submit their objections until 11:50 PM on May 3, 2026. A fee of ₹200 is required for each question challenged, which is non-refundable. Payments can be made using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Guidelines for Registering Objections

**Steps to Challenge the Answer Key**

To initiate a challenge, candidates must log in to the official NTET website using their Application Number and Password. After logging in, they can view the Question IDs and the answer options provided by the NTA. When filing an objection, candidates should select the relevant question, indicate the correct answer, and upload supporting documents in a single PDF file to back their claim.

The NTA has stated that all objections will be evaluated by subject matter experts. If an objection is deemed valid, the answer key will be amended, and all candidates who answered that question will benefit from the revision. However, candidates will not receive individual notifications regarding the acceptance or rejection of their objections.

Final Answer Key and Results

The final answer key will be published after the review by experts, and the NTET 2026 results will be based on this final version. Once the final answer key is released, no further claims or objections will be accepted.
