Indian Army Headquarters 2 Signal Training Center Panaji Goa has invited applications for Civilian Switch Board Operator Grade-2 posts (Indian Army Recruitment 2026). Notification to which has been issued. Candidates are advised to fill the form only after reading it. The application process will continue from May 2 to May 31.
The number of vacant posts is 190. The vacancy is divided into different categories. 94 posts have been reserved for General, 22 for SC, 12 for ST, 46 for OBC, 19 for EWS candidates, 12 for PWBD and 20 for Ex-Servicemen. Candidates can apply through email. No fees will be charged.
The application form must be downloaded in PDF format and completed using Adobe Reader. After entering all the information in this, you will have to send it to the email address sunshine.rise@nic.in along with Aadhar Card, 10th Certificate, PBS Experience Certificate and other documents. Keep in mind that incomplete applications or applications sent late will be rejected.
To apply, it is mandatory for the candidates to have passed 10th from any recognized board. Apart from this, it is also necessary to have 6 months experience in handling private board exchange boards. One should also have knowledge of Hindi and English language.
The prescribed age limit has been fixed as minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years till 31 May 2026. OBC will get relaxation up to 3 years, SC/ST will get 5 years and PwBD candidates will get relaxation up to 10 years.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination, practical test and interview. The written examination will be of 100 marks. Multiple choice questions will be asked in this. It will include a total of four subjects – General Intelligence and Numerical Aptitude, General Awareness, General English and Logical Reasoning. Each subject will be of 25 marks. In this, selected candidates will be invited for practical test and interview.
