Mango is not called the king of fruits for nothing. Its taste rules every heart. This is the reason why people like to eat ripe mangoes and different dishes are also made from it. Chef Kunal Kapoor has shared the simple recipe of Mango-Coconut Laddu.

You need half a cup of ripe mango pulp, 3 fourth cup of condensed milk (will give sweetness and caramelised flavour), apart from this you need 2 cups of desiccated (grated coconut, which has less moisture) coconut. Now know how to make delicious ripe mango laddus.

Mango-Coconut Laddu Recipe

  • First of all, cut the mango and then separate its pulp and grind it in a grinder to prepare a fine paste.
  • Take out the prepared pulp in a big bowl and keep in mind not to add water at all while grinding the mango.
  • You have to mix condensed milk in mango pulp. Along with this, also add desiccated coconut in it.
  • Mix all these things well with the help of a ladle. This will prepare a thick mixture.

  • Now put a thick bottomed pan on low flame and put the entire mixture in it.
  • Cook it for some time while stirring continuously so that the moisture reduces and it becomes thick for making laddus.
  • Now take it out in a plate and keep it to cool completely.
  • You have to make laddus from the mixture one by one. Coat all these laddus once in dry coconut powder.
