Greater Noida murder: A shocking incident occurred late Tuesday night in the Surajpur area of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. A young man returning from a wedding was shot dead, creating a wave of fear in the community. Police arrived promptly at the scene and initiated an investigation.

Sajan, a resident of Sakipur village in Greater Noida, was returning home around 12:30 AM with friends after attending a wedding. On their way, he was confronted by his neighbor, Mangesh, and three accomplices who had been lying in wait. An argument erupted between the two groups, escalating quickly into a heated exchange of insults. The situation deteriorated rapidly, leading Mangesh to open fire on Sajan.

During the shooting, Sajan was struck by three bullets, causing him to collapse at the scene. After committing the crime, the assailants fled the area. Hearing the gunshots, nearby residents gathered and informed Sajan's family. They rushed to the scene and quickly transported him to a nearby Kailash Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Initial investigations revealed that there had been an ongoing dispute between Sajan and Mangesh. Reports indicate that the conflict stemmed from a long-standing feud between their families over littering outside their homes, which had escalated over time and culminated in this tragic event.

Based on the family's complaint, the police have filed a murder case against Mangesh, Veer Singh, Veerwati, Shreepal, and other unidentified individuals. Two police teams have been formed to apprehend the suspects, who are actively conducting raids. Additionally, CCTV footage from the vicinity is being reviewed to expedite the capture of the culprits.

In light of the incident, additional police forces have been deployed in the area to maintain order. Authorities assure that the situation is under control and that all necessary measures are being taken to uphold law and order. The deceased's body has been taken into custody for an autopsy.
