2 cups of boiled matki
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 teaspoons of red chillies
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1 tsp goda masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Water as needed
For cut or rope

1/2 cup dry coconut
4-5 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of coriander
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 teaspoons of red chillies
Oil as needed

First wash the broken pot and cook it in a cooker with little salt and water till 2 to 3 whistles.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion. When onion turns golden, add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes and cook till soft.
Now add turmeric, red chillies, sweet masala and salt to it and stir the masala well. Add cooked matki to it and cook for few minutes.
To prepare cutlets, roast onion, coconut, garlic, coriander and cumin seeds in another pan. After this mixture cools down, grind it finely.
Heat oil in a pan and add the prepared portion. Add red chillies and water and bring to a boil. This gravy should be a bit spicy and thin.
Pour the batter into the serving bowl first. Add farsan, onion and coriander to it. Pour the hot cut over the top.
Squeeze lemon juice and serve the misal with hot pava.
