Material

Bread Slice-4
Mango-1 ripe sweet
Fresh cream or malai – 2–3 tbsp
Honey or sugar-1 tbsp
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
some butter
Dry fruits (chopped almonds-pistachios)

Method

  1. First of all, peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. Now add cream, honey and cardamom powder to it and mash it lightly. If you wish, leave some mango pieces whole so that the bite gets a good texture.
  2. Cut the edges of the bread slices. Then apply light butter. This will make the taste of the sandwich even richer.
  3. Spread the prepared mango filling evenly on a bread slice. Add dry fruits on top and place the second bread slice.
  4. If you like light crispy taste, then you can lightly toast the sandwich in a pan or sandwich maker for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Cut the sandwich into triangular shapes and serve cold. It can be made even more delicious by adding some mango pulp or honey on top.
