The film was scheduled to release on May 14, 2026 with a special show at 9am, for which permission was taken from the Tamil Nadu government. However, the morning show was cancelled or removed at the last minute. Producer SR Prabhu officially announced the same, citing “unavoidable reasons” for the cancellations of the 9 am show.
