Bengaluru: BBA student,goes to eat biryani , robbed of bike and mobile phone

Bengaluru: Police have arrested three people, including a minor, for allegedly stabbing a BBM student and robbing his mobile phone and motorcycle near Ramamurthy Nagar in Bengaluru.

The victim, identified as Dheeraj (21), a resident of Banjara Layout in Ramamurthy Nagar, was injured in the attack and is currently undergoing treatment in a hospital. He is reported to be out of danger.

According to police, the incident took place around 3 am on Sunday near Ramamurthy Nagar Circle on the outer ring road. Dheeraj had gone with his friends to Hoskote to have biryani and was waiting for them near the circle.

During this time, the accused arrived on a motorcycle and allegedly demanded that he hand over his mobile phone. When he refused, they attacked him with a knife, stabbed him, and fled with his mobile phone and motorcycle.

Locals found the injured student and immediately shifted him to a nearby hospital. Following the complaint, Ramamurthy Nagar police registered a case and launched a quick operation, leading to the arrest of two accused identified as Bhuvan and Mithun, residents of Janakirama Layout near R.S. Palya. A minor involved in the case has also been taken into custody. The stolen motorcycle has been recovered.
