The X post states that BharatGas has launched the DAC (Delivery Authentication Code) facility for commercial deliveries. Additionally, the agency has requested customers to share the DAC *only after* receiving the cylinder. A digital cash memo will be issued following a successful delivery. The objective of the DAC system is to make the delivery process more transparent and reliable.

**How ​​to Obtain a DAC Number for LPG?**
Step 1: Book your gas cylinder via an IVRS call, SMS, or the gas agency's mobile app.
Step 2: Once the booking is confirmed, a DAC number will be generated and sent to you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Step 3: Share the DAC number with the delivery agent.
Step 4: As soon as you provide the DAC to the delivery agent, the verification process will be completed, and the cylinder will be handed over to you.

**What to Do If You Do Not Receive a DAC Number?**
If you do not receive a DAC number after booking your gas cylinder, do not panic. First, thoroughly check your SMS inbox, WhatsApp messages, and email inbox. Next, if your inbox is full, clear some space in it. If you still do not receive the DAC number after taking these steps, contact your distributor immediately.
