Making Lauki Kalakand is very easy. For this, first of all wash the fresh gourd thoroughly, peel it, remove the seeds and grate it. Heat two tablespoons of ghee in a pan, add grated bottle gourd and fry on medium flame for about 10-15 minutes. Then add sugar as per taste and cook till the water dries up.
