When it comes to chicken, fried chicken or chicken chili is a special favorite of food lovers… You must have tried many chicken recipes but today’s recipe is going to be special for you. Famous Chef Ranveer Brar has shared the recipe of Bang Bang Chicken on his official YouTube channel. If you also want to taste chicken that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, then this recipe will be for you. Ranveer has also shared with us the recipe for the sauce to be served with the fried chicken. This sauce comes in two styles, an American style and a Cheezwan style. Material

For chicken marination

  • 500 grams of boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tablespoon American sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • Half teaspoon black pepper (crushed)
  • 2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt to taste

For American Style Sauce

  • 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 large spoon
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

For Schezwan style sauce

  • 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoons of chili oil
  • 1/3 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1-2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce
  • a little water
  • 1 green chilli (coarsely chopped)
  • 1-2 tbsp green onion (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1-2 green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/2 inch ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1-2 teaspoons of malt vinegar
  • 1-2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons remaining extra oil
  • 1 tablespoon of prepared paste
  • 1-2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds

For chicken marination:

  • First cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Put these pieces in a bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, oil, red chillies, crushed black pepper, garlic and salt to taste and mix all the ingredients.

American style sauce

  • For this, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, sweet chili sauce and tomato ketchup in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add some of this sauce to the marinated chicken and mix well.

For Schezwan style sauce

  • In a bowl add white sesame seeds, chili oil, roasted peanuts, dark soy sauce and a little water and mix all the ingredients. Add little water and mix all the ingredients.
  • Now add green chillies, onion leaves, ginger, malt vinegar, dark soya sauce, chilli oil and remaining oil and mix well.
  • Mix all these ingredients in a mixer bowl and make a paste.
  • Now take this paste in a bowl and add white sesame seeds and keep the paste aside.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken and shallow fry for 4-5 minutes. Because of this
  • The chicken was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
  • Finally place the fried chicken on a plate and garnish with cucumber slices, white sesame seeds, chili oil and coriander.
  • Now take the American and Shezwan sauce prepared with yo and dip it in your favorite sauce.
