KONI Sanggau Chairman Predicts Argentina Will Win Again

The Chairman of KONI Sanggau Regency, Urbanus, predicted that Argentina will once again lift the trophy at the 2026 World Cup.

His reasoning is clear—Argentina previously claimed the title in the 2022 World Cup edition.

“I’m very excited for the 2026 World Cup in America. I’m backing the Argentina National Team to become world champions again this year. Why Argentina? Because they have already won multiple times before. My prediction is that Argentina will emerge as champions again this year,” he said on Wednesday, 3 June 2026.

Urbanus added that the World Cup is more than just football matches—it also serves as an occasion to bring communities together through shared viewing events.

“The atmosphere of gathering together to watch the matches is what fans look forward to the most,” he stated.
