Material
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup grated mozzarella or processed cheese
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil for frying the parathas

Add some salt to the wheat flour and knead into a soft dough and cover it for 15 minutes.
Prepare saran by mixing grated cheese, chillies, garam masala and coriander in a bowl.
Make equal sized balls of the kneaded dough.
Roll a little ball and place the cheese filling in the middle.
Close the ball by bringing the edges together and gently roll the paratha.
Fry the parathas on both sides on a hot griddle. Apply ghee or oil on top and fry until golden.
Serve hot cheese paratha with curd, sauce or chutney.
You can add finely chopped capsicum or sweet corn to the cheese for a tastier paratha.
Do not apply too much pressure while rolling the paratha, otherwise the cheese may come out.
