Bayern Munich are reportedly on the verge of completing the signing of Nathaniel Brown from Eintracht Frankfurt.

The left-back is eager to make the move to the Bundesliga champions and has already agreed personal terms, though the two clubs are still negotiating the transfer fee.

Brown has attracted attention from Manchester United and Arsenal in recent months, with both Premier League sides having closely monitored the four-cap Germany international.

The 22-year-old has been named in Julian Nagelsmann’s squad for this summer’s World Cup, following an impressive domestic season in Germany.

During the 2025/26 campaign, Brown topped the Bundesliga charts for tackles won and contributed four goals along with four assists. According to reports from Sky Germany, Frankfurt are seeking a €60 million (£52 million) fee for the young defender, which currently remains the main obstacle in negotiations.

Meanwhile, Manchester United are in the market for a new left-back to provide competition for Luke Shaw and are also evaluating a potential move for Newcastle United’s Lewis Hall.
