Jawaban:

a. Globally, the UN estimates it makes up more than 14 persen of all man-made greenhouse gasses, including methane.

b. But livestock’s emissions also include methane, which is up to 34 times more damaging to the environment over 100 years than CO2, according to the UN.

Jawaban:

a. But then on the other hand, meat is an essential source of nutrients and calories for a large part of the human population, and this in itself is one major argument for meat-eating.

b. Meat is a ready source of protein, vitamin B-12, fat, iron, zinc, and many more essential nutrients that the human body needs to survive.

c. All B vitamins are found in greater concentration in meats than in plant sources, and vitamin B-12 can only be found in animal sources.

d. Besides, the B vitamins are critical to health, especially mental health and deficits in these vitamins can cause confusion, impaired senses, aggression, insomnia, weakness, dementia, and peripheral neuropathy.

e. You can take protein supplements, but the best source of protein is meat. In addition, for body builders, eating meat is to get creatine, a nitrogen-containing compound that improves protein synthesis and provides muscles with energy, encouraging muscle gain.
