Delhi Weather Today: The weather is expected to be clear in Delhi-NCR on Sunday (June 7). There is a possibility of less clouds in the sky, due to which an increase in temperature may be recorded. The day is expected to start with a temperature around 30 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature can reach 40 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, hot weather is likely to persist in the area for the next three days.
People had got some relief from the heat due to the recent rains, but now the temperature is expected to rise again. The mercury may reach 42 degrees Celsius in the coming days. Along with this, the possibility of heatwave like conditions being created in the next week has also been expressed.
People can feel the effect of heat from Sunday morning itself. Strong sunlight and rising temperature throughout the day can cause problems. At present there is no possibility of rain. The humidity level in the season is expected to be around 57 percent, while the winds can blow at a speed of about 3 kilometers per hour.
Today the maximum temperature in Delhi-NCR is likely to be 40 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is likely to be 29 degrees Celsius. The temperature was recorded at around 30 degrees Celsius at 6 am.
Changes in temperature may be seen in the coming days. On Monday (June 8), the maximum temperature is expected to be 41 degrees and the minimum temperature will be 31 degrees Celsius. On Tuesday, the maximum temperature can reach 42 degrees and the minimum temperature can reach 32 degrees Celsius.
There are signs of change in the weather on Wednesday (June 10). The maximum temperature on this day is likely to be 41 degrees and the minimum temperature is likely to be 28 degrees Celsius. Whereas on Thursday (June 11), the temperature can remain between 37 degrees to 25 degrees Celsius.
The maximum temperature on Friday is expected to be 33 degrees and the minimum temperature will be 25 degrees Celsius. There is a possibility of rain on this day, due to which people can get some relief from the heat. There will be chances of rain on Saturday also and the temperature may remain between 35 to 28 degrees Celsius. On Sunday, the maximum temperature is likely to be around 37 degrees and the minimum temperature is expected to be around 29 degrees Celsius.
