The new facility, located near Sakinaka Metro Station, is designed to provide comprehensive support for Asus’ consumer products, ensuring a seamless service experience for customers in and around Mumbai.

The new service center, spread over 800 square feet, will provide support for various Asus products such as consumer laptops, gaming laptops, all-in-one PCs, desktops and accessories under the Republic of Gamers (ROG) and Tough Gaming portfolio. Stocked with spare parts and equipped with experienced technical support professionals, the center will offer both ‘in-warranty’ and ‘out-of-warranty’ services.
The new service center will serve direct customers through a dedicated token management system and will also cater to on-site service needs. Additionally, customers will have the facility of Warranty Extension Package (WEP), which will make the overall experience of owning the product more pleasant.
