In a recent interview given to Humans of Bombay, Shaan expressed his opinion on Arijit Singh's decision to take a break from playback singing. He said that any artiste's statement of taking a break or doing less work should not be seen as the end of his career. Shaan says- I don't think he has said this as if it is set in stone. Even before, many artists have said that now I am leaving, but after some time they come back again. I think people are taking this more seriously than necessary.”
