First of all take Sattu in a vessel. Add finely chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, green coriander, celery, salt and pickle masala and mix well.
Now prepare the mixture by adding water little by little. Keep in mind that the stuffing should not be too wet. Light moist and crumbly stuffing is considered best for paratha.
First of all, knead the wheat flour and keep it covered for 15 to 20 minutes. After this, make a medium sized ball of dough and fill the prepared Sattu stuffing in it.
After filling the stuffing, close the dough well from all sides. Now roll the paratha with light hands. Keep in mind that applying too much pressure may cause the paratha to burst.
Heat a tawa and put paratha on it. When light brown marks start appearing on one side, turn it. Now apply ghee or oil on both sides and fry until golden and crisp.
