The Punjab and Haryana High Court has announced an extension for the application deadline concerning the recruitment of more than 1,256 clerk positions. Interested candidates can now submit their applications through the official website until July 9, 2026. It is crucial for applicants to finalize their submissions before this date, as no further opportunities will be available afterward.

Relaxations in age will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories: SC and ST candidates will receive a five-year extension, while differently-abled candidates will benefit from a 10-year extension.
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in India. Additionally, proficiency in computer operations is required.
The registration fees differ based on the category of the applicant. The fee structure is as follows:
| SC and EWS candidates from Haryana | ₹710 |
| Male candidates | ₹1,200 |
| Female candidates | ₹875 |
The written examination will feature questions totaling 100 marks, focusing on General Awareness and English. Candidates will have two hours to complete the exam. A negative marking system will be in place, deducting one-fourth (0.25) of a mark for each incorrect answer.
