DU COL Admission 2026: Delhi University's Campus of Open Learning (COL) has launched certificate and diploma courses in eight foreign languages. The admission process for these courses has commenced. The Campus of Open Learning has announced that admissions for several courses will begin on June 17. According to a statement, the Open Learning Development Center—operating under the School of Open Learning's Department of Distance and Continuing Education—is offering these language programs in collaboration with various departments.
These courses are available in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. COL Director Payal Mago stated that this initiative would expand access to language education and equip learners with skills that enhance their academic and career prospects.
**Courses to be launched online as well**
Director Payal Mago mentioned that the institute is also planning to launch these language programs in online mode. The OLDC, in collaboration with Delhi University's Department of Slavonic and Finno-Ugrian Studies, is set to launch one-year certificate and diploma courses in the Russian language. It was stated that these Russian language programs would be available in both classroom and online formats. Additionally, admissions for DDCE's flagship professional programs will begin on June 17.
**Opportunity to pursue an MBA**
The statement noted that these programs include the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Library and Information Science (MLISc), Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLISc), and Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Digital Media Leadership (PGDADLM). The university advised candidates to visit the Open Learning admission portal for further details.
