Authorities have charged a minimum of five individuals in relation to a suspected plot aimed at disrupting the UFC event hosted on the White House lawn. FBI Director Kash Patel announced that the investigation is still active, with the possibility of identifying more suspects in the future. Among those apprehended is Bryan Omar Roa, a resident of California, who is believed to have played a significant role in orchestrating the attack. Recent court documents shed light on his purported involvement in the conspiracy.

Roa was arrested in California after being linked to the alleged plot against the White House UFC event. Authorities reported that Tycen Proper identified him via the social media handle @noble_0066.

According to court documents, Proper initially connected with Roa on TikTok before inviting him to a private chat group on Signal. Investigators claim that discussions regarding the attack took place within this encrypted group.

Federal agents reviewed Roa's social media and discovered images and videos that suggested he had engaged in tactical training in secluded locations.

During a search of Roa's residence on June 13, the FBI uncovered an AR-style rifle, a Glock 19 handgun, tactical gear, a rifle magazine, a two-way radio, a PEQ15 infrared laser target pointer, and a canister filled with ammunition.

Family members informed investigators that Roa had intentions to travel to Washington, D.C., where they believed “something significant” was set to occur. Authorities allege he was part of a broader conspiracy that included plans for drone attacks and armed assaults during the UFC event at the White House. The investigation is ongoing as federal officials continue to seek out additional suspects. Roa and another defendant, Michael Alan Thomas, face charges of conspiracy to commit murder related to the alleged plot.
