NTA's New Decision: No More Worrying About Bank Details
According to the National Testing Agency's notification, many candidates complained that they were unable to provide complete bank account information for various reasons, preventing them from downloading their NEET UG admit cards. Taking action on this, the NTA clarified that while bank details are required for the exam fee refund process, no candidate's admit card will be withheld due to this requirement.

Two Options for Downloading the Admit Card

Upon logging into the official NEET website (neet.nta.nic.in), you will see two options on the screen:

Option 1: I want to download my admit card now and will review and confirm my bank details for the exam fee refund later.

Option 2: I want to review and confirm my bank details for the exam fee refund now, and then proceed to download my admit card.

This means that if you do not have your bank details handy right now, you can select the first option to download your admit card immediately. You can complete the refund process at a later time. This will not affect your eligibility for NEET UG 2026.

The exam is on June 21; do not wait until the last minute.
The NEET UG 2026 exam is scheduled for Sunday, June 21, 2026. The NTA advises all students to download their admit cards today to avoid last-minute technical issues or website crashes. After downloading the admit card, carefully read the details regarding the exam center address, reporting time, gate closing time, and important guidelines.

How to download the NEET UG admit card?
You can follow the steps below to download the NEET UG 2026 admit card:
Visit the official NTA NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in.
Click on the ‘NEET UG 2026 Admit Card Download’ link displayed on the homepage.
Log in by entering your application number and date of birth.
Select either the first or second option from the two choices that appear on the screen, based on your preference.

The NEET UG admit card will appear on the screen; take a printout of it.
