With the summer transfer window gathering momentum, major Premier League clubs including Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Tottenham are pushing to secure significant early deals. Arsenal appear to have made progress in their chase for Morgan Rogers, with reports suggesting that they have agreed personal terms with the England international. The Gunners are also rumoured to be exploring an ambitious swap involving Julian Alvarez, while they close in on signing teenage sensation Jeremy Monga. In addition, Arsenal continue to monitor Ayyoub Bouaddi, Bradley Barcola, Eli Junior Kroupi, Christos Tzolis, and Andria Bartishvili.

Arsenal and Manchester United could be set for a transfer battle over Alex Scott, while United are reportedly boosted in their pursuit of Aurelien Tchouameni as they also target West Ham duo Mateus Fernandes and Crysencio Summerville. Chelsea, meanwhile, are on the verge of completing their first signing under Xabi Alonso, with Marco Palestra expected to put pen to paper today. The Blues are also tracking Crystal Palace pair Maxence Lacroix and Adam Wharton, while Real Madrid intensify efforts to sign Enzo Fernandez.

Liverpool, fresh from securing Victor Munoz, are weighing moves for either Yan Diomande or Barcola. Tottenham, on the other hand, are eyeing Marcus Rashford and are set to welcome Martin Dubravka, in addition to pursuing Fernandes, Sandro Tonali, and Arsenal youngster Kyran Thompson. Manchester United are preparing to submit an official offer for West Ham midfielder Mateus Fernandes in the coming days. Reports suggest that personal terms have already been agreed with the player, and negotiations with West Ham over the transfer fee are the next step. According to TEAMtalk, United’s opening bid is expected before the end of the week, with West Ham valuing Fernandes at around £85 million.

Bayern Munich are reportedly ready to offer Michael Olise a new long-term contract to fend off interest from Real Madrid. According to journalist Christian Falk, “Bayern plan to nearly double Michael Olise’s salary in Munich as part of a deal that would keep him at the club until 2031. It’s their way of responding to the pressure from Real Madrid, who are very keen and fully aware of how outstanding he was in the Bundesliga this season.”

Arsenal are now close to finalising a deal for Leicester City prodigy Jeremy Monga. Arsenal correspondent Matt Verri reports that significant progress has been made in negotiations after weeks of discussions between the two clubs. Although the transfer is not yet completed, the Gunners are expected to finalise a deal worth more than £10 million for the teenage winger. The club will also avoid a tribunal for determining Monga’s fee, and he will be eligible to sign a professional contract when he turns 17 on July 10.

Both Arsenal and Manchester United are monitoring Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott closely after his impressive season, which helped guide the club into European competition for the first time and earned him senior England call-ups. According to the Daily Mail, the 20-year-old could be available for around £60 million this summer.

Chelsea are ready to announce Marco Palestra as their first signing under new manager Xabi Alonso. Reports indicate that the Blues have hijacked Inter Milan’s move for the Italian right-back, who was on loan at Cagliari from Atalanta. Talks have progressed rapidly in recent days, with the deal expected to be completed today. The only remaining step is for Palestra to agree personal terms, which should not pose a problem.

Arsenal continue to keep tabs on Julian Alvarez as transfer drama unfolds between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. The Argentina striker has reportedly asked to leave the Metropolitano Stadium in order to “fulfil his dream”, which is believed to be a move to Barcelona. Atletico are said to be preparing a formal complaint to FIFA against Barca. Meanwhile, Arsenal are still hopeful of bringing the former Manchester City forward back to the Premier League, with speculation from Spain suggesting a possible swap deal that could see Viktor Gyokeres and around €60 million heading to Atletico in exchange.

Arsenal are also intensifying efforts to sign Aston Villa forward Morgan Rogers. The 21-year-old England star is said to be a key target for Mikel Arteta, who is looking to strengthen his title-winning squad. Rogers is reportedly eager to join Arsenal, though agreeing a fee with Villa remains a major hurdle. Journalist Nicolo Schira reports that Arsenal and Rogers’ representatives have reached an agreement in principle on a contract running until the summer of 2031. Aston Villa, however, have told interested clubs they are not looking to sell and will not set an asking price for him, according to Sky Sports.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly ready to outbid Manchester United for West Ham’s Mateus Fernandes. The Daily Mail claims Spurs are prepared to match or exceed any offer made by United, with West Ham said to be seeking £80 million for the midfielder.

Former Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey has been appointed manager of Oxford United. Having previously worked with Cardiff City and the Wales national team, this marks his first full-time managerial role. Ramsey said, “It’s an honour and privilege to be appointed Head Coach of Oxford United. From my discussions with the club, I can sense the ambition and hunger for success, which makes me very excited about this opportunity. I’ve learned from some of the best managers in football and experienced high-pressure environments throughout my career. I aim to bring a culture of professionalism, high standards, and hard work to this talented squad. My teams will have a clear identity, built on elite habits and a commitment to improve daily. I want a side that represents the badge with pride and makes our fans proud.”
