Harry Wilson emerged as one of the standout performers in the Premier League during the 2025/26 season.

The Fulham winger found the back of the net 10 times and provided seven assists, marking what has been the most productive top-flight campaign of his career to date.

The Welshman, who turns 30 in March next year, has nevertheless attracted strong interest from several clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.

Wilson’s contract with Fulham is set to expire at the end of June, after which he will become a free agent unless the London club manage to convince him to sign a new deal at the last moment.

Leeds United are reportedly eager to bring Wilson to Elland Road, hoping to fend off competition from a number of potential suitors, including sides competing in next season’s Champions League.

The 29-year-old was said to be close to joining Leeds last summer, but that transfer fell through on the final day of the window.

Now, with his contract situation unresolved, the Whites are once again in discussions with Wilson’s representatives as they look to secure his signature.

According to reports, other clubs have also begun talks with the player’s camp, meaning Leeds may need to move swiftly if they hope to finalise the deal.

Wilson, who has earned 69 caps for Wales, has also been linked with moves to Aston Villa — who will feature in the Champions League next season — and Everton.

Should Wilson leave, Fulham may face a busy summer as they look to rebuild following the departure of manager Marco Silva to Benfica.

Leeds, meanwhile, are aiming to strengthen their squad after a promising first season back in the Premier League under Daniel Farke’s management.

In the opinion of FourFourTwo, Wilson would represent an excellent acquisition for most clubs outside the league’s traditional top six.

Although he is approaching his 30s, Wilson’s quality, creativity and goal-scoring ability could offer Leeds a significant boost as they look to firmly re-establish themselves in the Premier League.
