According to the information received from the sources, a person had filled the form to get the death certificate of his mother, who died on June 4. Suvidha Shukla was demanded by the Secretary. The victims are hurt by the incident of tearing the forms and throwing them away using indecent language if their demands are not met. The victim told that the certificate will not be given to you until the convenience fee is received.

After being scolded by the office, the victim somehow reached Saheb’s chamber with ₹200 and presented it as tribute. Almost two weeks have passed and the victim has still not received the paper. The question is whether the government does not pay salary to Secretary Pankaj Singh who demands bribe from the poor people in the name of making government papers.
