Everyone’s eyes were fixed on the hearing held on Saturday (Khan Sir) in the firing case to the famous coaching institute in Patna. There was a stir in the court premises regarding the case and both the sides presented their respective arguments. After the hearing, Khan Sir has got a big relief.
Patna Civil Court Teacher The interim stay on the arrest of Faisal Khan alias Khan Sir has been extended till June 30. The court gave time to study the updated case diary filed by the police and fixed the next hearing of the case on June 30. Khan Sir’s advocate gave this information.
New case diary presented in court Khan Sir
During the hearing, Kadamkuan police station presented the updated case diary before the court. Earlier, the court had termed the case diary presented by the police as incomplete and had directed to file a detailed diary. After receiving the new case diary, the court gave both the parties an opportunity to study it.

This case is to the incident of firing and alleged vandalism in the coaching institute that took place in early June. It is alleged that during the incident, bullets were fired from the security guards. Khan sir’s name is also included in the FIR registered in this case. Earlier on June 9, the court had granted him interim protection from arrest.
Both sides presented their arguments
The public prosecutor opposed the anticipatory bail plea. Advocate Arvind Kumar Mauar, appearing for Khan sir, said in the court that his client has no direct or criminal connection with the incident and he has been wrongly included in the case.
The defense also said that the hearing is progressing continuously, hence the detailed arguments on the case should be completed soon (Khan Sir). After hearing the preliminary arguments of both the sides, the court fixed June 30 for a detailed hearing.
There will also be a hearing on the bail of the bodyguard
In this case, both the bodyguards of Khan sir are currently in judicial custody. His regular bail plea will also be heard in Patna Civil Court on June 30. Police have registered a case in this matter under various sections including attempt to murder and Arms Act.
