Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has started 'Vision India' movement. The aim of this initiative is to connect experts, entrepreneurs, professionals and youth from various fields with Samajwadi Party (SP). This program was started by Akhilesh Yadav from Bengaluru in November last year. Now it is being expanded in Uttar Pradesh. On June 14, Akhilesh Yadav discussed issues related to small traders and business class in Agra.

Today in Prayagraj Akhilesh Yadav Discussed the issue of competitive students and raised the issue of paper leak. Earlier, Akhilesh had spoken on the issue of sugarcane farmers in Ghaziabad.

Programs will be held across the state from June to August

'Vision India: Plan, Develop and Assent (PDA)' programs will be organized by SP in many cities of Uttar Pradesh between June and August. In these, many topics including problems of small traders, paper leak and concerns of Gen-G, issues of potato farmers, future of leather industry will be discussed.

The party claims that the objective of these programs is to promote policy-based discussion by taking suggestions from stakeholders from different sectors. SP leaders say that Akhilesh Yadav is the brain behind programs like Vision India. The party is giving a new shape to its traditional PDA (Backward, Dalit and Minority) slogan and now presenting it as 'Plan, Develop & Ascent'. Through this, SP wants to establish itself as a future-thinking and vision-based political force.

The events, mainly aimed at intellectuals, entrepreneurs, professionals and youth, are being organized at venues such as hotels and conference halls and not at traditional political rally venues.

full three hour program

Each program will be of approximately three hours and is divided into three parts. In the first hour, there will be a panel discussion among subject experts, in which the related issue will be discussed in detail. There will be an open question and answer session in the second hour, in which common people and participants will be able to ask questions to the experts and give their suggestions.

In the last hour, Akhilesh Yadav will address the program and share his vision and policy thinking on the subject. After the program is over, he will talk to the local media and present his views on related issues as well as the party's proposed solutions.

SP wants to change its image

A senior SP leader said, 'This is a new model of public relations and dialogue... Samajwadi Party has been associated with traditional politics for a long time, but now the party wants to change the way of connecting with the people... We want to provide a platform where the party leadership can present its thinking and alternative solutions to the people... We do not want the BJP to keep presenting us only as a 'party of goons'... We are a party with a vision.

Responsibility to Alok Ranjan, Rajiv Rai and Abhishek Mishra

The responsibility of organizing these programs has been entrusted to former Chief Secretary and advisor of Akhilesh Yadav Alok Ranjan, Lok Sabha MP Rajiv Rai and former minister Abhishek Mishra. Alok Ranjan said, 'We want to present a clear vision of development and a roadmap for the future… Opposition parties are often considered to be mere problem-raisers… Through these programmes, we not only want to highlight the issues but also suggest practical solutions to them.'
