According to reports, the deal for this apartment of Salman Khan has been done for around Rs 3.5 crore. When he bought it, its price was Rs 2.88 crore. The information says that the apartment is in 758 square feet and on the basis of carpet area, the price of this property is estimated to be approximately Rs 46 thousand per square foot.
This apartment of Salman Khan also has two car parking spaces. Reports say that there is a stamp duty of Rs 21 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30 thousand in this deal. At present, no official statement has been issued by the buyers or Salman Khan.
Salman Khan is also building a 6-storey house at a short distance from Galaxy which will be sea-facing, information was revealed that permission to build it had also been received from Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority.
