Along with the Ram Mandir offering theft incident, questions are also being raised on the lands purchased by the Ram Mandir Trust. While being the General Secretary, Champat Rai along with Anil Mishra and Gopal Rao had handed over the land to the Trust. Not only the saints, lawyers, kar sevaks of Ayodhya but also the documents are saying this. First, a case came to light of land changing from lakhs to crores in a few minutes, which is quite old. Today TV9 Bharatvarsha has got its hands on evidence and witnesses on two new land deals of the Trust.

Can Nazul land be deeded? When the land belongs to the government in the records, then how can anyone write it down as a trust? The law also says that doing so is illegal, but all this happened in Champat Raj of Ram Mandir Trust.

trust Not only was the offering stolen, but even before that, the game of misuse of donations, misuse of influence and establishing dominance by claiming to be omnipotent was going on, under which dozens of properties were included in the trust.

Allegation of land deal being illegal

Advocate Ram Anurag says that both these land deals are illegal. Nazul's land is also in the records of June 2023, then how can Mahant Murali Das deed it in the name of trust in April 2024? This is 100% wrong.

At the same time, the land near Sugriva Tila is Gata number-247. This place is near the exit gate of Ram temple. The land papers have the signatures of Mahant Murali Das and Champat Rai. The deal was finalized for more than Rs 23 crore and the land was illegally purchased by Champat Rai on behalf of the Trust. Mahant Murali Das refused to talk on this and Champat Rai is currently on silence. In such a situation, the question is who will answer the allegations being made from all sides?

Mahant Dharam Das of Hanuman Garhi said that not one but many lands have been purchased wrongly and crores of rupees have been embezzled. If the investigation is done properly, everything will come out. I myself had filed a case in a case when these people demolished the temple.

Santosh Dubey handed over evidence to SIT

When SIT interrogated Santosh Dubey late yesterday evening, he asked for evidence. Santosh Dubey reached CO Ayodhya office today with the file of evidence. In the files they had in their hands, the top two documents were related to those two land deals. One land belongs to Nazul and the other belongs to the Devottara property of the temple.

Referring to both the lands, Dharam Sena President Santosh Dubey said that he is demanding investigation of all the lands that were purchased. They have taken a total of 8 pieces of evidence and handed it over to the SIT. The second land is where the camp office of the trust has been built.

Harishankar Safriwala is also continuously raising this issue from Ayodhya to Lucknow. Today, along with Santosh Dubey, he has also handed over the land related documents and other details to the SIT. Now it has to be seen whether there is any mention or conclusion in the final report of SIT on all these land deals or the SIT report remains limited only to theft of offerings! Prima facie and according to the allegations, the case appears to be one of theft of offerings as well as mismanagement of donations.
