- Graduation: Candidates must hold a degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks for General and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD from a recognized university.
- Minimum duration of 3 years from a recognized institution.
- Post-Graduation: Candidates must have completed their Post-Graduation or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized university.
- Minimum duration of 2 years from a recognized institution.
