To make hair healthy and strong, people try many remedies and use the most expensive hair products but there is no significant effect. What should you do to keep your hair strong and healthy?

Wash hair twice a week: Dust, sweat and excess oil accumulated on the scalp can make the hair weak. Therefore, washing hair at least twice a week keeps the scalp clean and improves hair growth.

Always use conditioner: Applying conditioner after shampoo keeps the hair moisturized, keeping them soft and smooth. Due to this, hair gets entangled less and the possibility of breakage also decreases.

Use live-in conditioner regularly: If hair is dry, frizzy or gets tangled easily, use leave-in conditioner. It helps in keeping the hair hydrated for a long time and also protects it from heat and pollution.

Hair serum is also important: Hair serum creates a protective layer on the hair, which reduces frizz, adds natural shine to the hair and can reduce the problem of split ends and damage. Its use is considered beneficial especially before styling.

Apart from this, the most important thing for healthy hair is to improve your lifestyle. Get good sleep and minimize stress, as well as include foods rich in protein, iron, zinc and omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.
