Motorola Edge 70 Max Launched In India: 7,100mAh Battery, Sony Camera, And Wireless Charging, Check All Specs And Price

US based smartphone manufacturing brand Motorola is expanding its portfolio in flagship segment in India by the launch of Motorola Edge 70 Max. The new smartphone is backed by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and packed with a massive battery of 7,100mAh silicon-carbon battery supported by 90W wired fast charging and 25W Qi2 magnetic wireless charging. The newly launched device will be available for sale from 20th July 2026 through e-commerce platform Flipkart, Motorola India website and retail stores across India.

Motorola Edge 70 Max price

The Motorola Edge 70 Max is launched in two storage variants; the base variants offer 8GB RAM and 256GB of onboard storage and it is launched at a price point of Rs 59,999 while the higher storage variant offers 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage at price point of Rs 59,999.

The company has also rolled out the introductory offer through which buyers can avail bank discount of Rs 5,000 and exchange bonus which brings the effective starting price down to Rs 49,999.

Motorola Edge 70 Max features and specifications

The Motorola Edge70 Max features a 6.8-inch Quad HD+ LTPO Display with a refresh rate of 144Hz, HDR10+ support, and peak brightness of 7,000 nits. The display is further protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and supports Pantone color validation.

The handset is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. The device also consists of a 5,500mm^2 vapor chamber.

In terms of optics, the rear panel of the device features a dual camera setup offering a primary sensor of 50MP Sony LYTIA with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor.

The handset is packed with a massive 7,100mAh battery supported by 90W wired fast charging and 25W Qi2 wireless charging and 5W reverse wired charging.
