OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits of peak brightness. The dynamic island size is also claimed to be around 33% smaller.

Wafer-Level Multi-Chip Module Packaging
The premium smartphone iPhone 18 Pro Max will be based on 3 nanometer technology and may use wafer-level multi-chip module packaging instead of the N3P packaging of the older A19 Pro. This is said to reduce latency and improve battery efficiency by placing transmitters closer together.

The C2 modem
phone is said to feature up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of fast internal storage. Furthermore, the new C2 modem could help deliver improved 5G connectivity and lower battery consumption.
