The dates of assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh may still be far away, but verbal exchanges have started between the leaders. Amidst this heat, SubhaSP President and Cabinet Minister Omprakash Rajbhar, who reached Varanasi, has given a big statement regarding the elections.
Will strike from Zahoorabad only, direct challenge to Akhilesh-Shivpal
Omprakash Rajbhar has said in clear words that he will contest the upcoming elections from Zahoorabad seat of Ghazipur only. During a special conversation, he not only confirmed his claim but also gave an open challenge to Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and his uncle Shivpal Yadav to contest elections from the same seat. Rajbhar sarcastically said that he would win from Zahoorabad on the basis of a sting attack. He challenged Akhilesh and Shivpal and said that if they have courage then they should come and contest elections from here, he will 'show them their status'.
Political stir intensifies due to demand to make Dimple Yadav the CM face
During the conversation, Rajbhar, while targeting Akhilesh Yadav, also raised the demand of declaring Dimple Yadav as the next Chief Minister face of Samajwadi Party. He said that from the discussions going on to make Dimple Yadav the CM face in UP, it is clear that Dimple Yadav has more influence than Akhilesh Yadav. According to Rajbhar, with Dimple becoming the face, women from backward communities will join the party faster.
Big claim on Muslim vote bank and Owaisi's influence
Speaking on the role of AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi in UP politics, Rajbhar said that Owaisi will have a tremendous impact in the state in the coming elections and the oppressed class will join him. He further said that the Muslim MLAs who have won from Western UP are the 'slaves' of Akhilesh Yadav. On the contrary, the Muslim leaders elected from Owaisi's party will fearlessly present their views in the House.
Questions on Ajay Rai's fish feast and big statement on reservation
Taking a dig at the fish feast organized to welcome Congress leader Ajay Rai, Rajbhar asked how can a staunch Sanatani attend such a feast in the month of Sawan? He reminded that 80 percent people stay away from non-vegetarian food during Saavan. While clarifying his stand on the issue of reservation, the Minister said that there is no need for reservation for the children of those who have become DM, IG, DIG, Governor or Chief Minister. He said that those who have come into the mainstream of society should help their brothers who are in dire need, and this was the real principle of Baba Saheb.
