New Delhi. The excitement of the T20 International series between India and Afghanistan continues. In the first match, Team India defeated Afghanistan by seven wickets and took a 1-0 lead in the series. Now both the teams are eyeing the second T20. The special thing is that there is not much difference between the matches of the series, in such a situation cricket fans will get to see two consecutive matches.

Under the captaincy of Shreyas Iyer, India won the first match by seven wickets. Now the second T20 match of the series will be played on Tuesday, September 15.
After this, the third and last T20 match of the series will be held on 17 September. Both the matches will be played at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi only. That means the venue will remain the same for all three matches of the series.
Both the matches will start at 7:30 pm.
By winning the first match, the Indian team has taken a 1-0 lead in the series. In such a situation, Team India can win the series as soon as it wins the second T20 to be held on September 15.
However, this will be an important opportunity for Afghanistan to make a comeback. The team could not score big in the first match, but it has many experienced players.
In the first T20, Afghanistan, batting first, scored 156 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs. Azmatullah Umarzai played the biggest innings for the team. He scored 64 runs in 44 balls and was the only batsman for the team to score a half-century.
For India, Arshdeep Singh took three wickets, while Jasprit Bumrah, Axar Patel and Varun Chakraborty got one wicket each.
Chasing the target of 156 runs, the Indian team won by losing three wickets in just 13.4 overs.
Abhishek Sharma played a brilliant inning of 82 runs in 32 balls, while Ishan Kishan scored 42 runs in 33 balls. Sanju Samson was out after scoring 10 runs.
After the performance of the first match, now the Indian team will try to capture the series by winning the second match.
