Tata Curvv EV Features and Interior: People have been waiting for Tata Motors' Curv EV for a long time and now it is being launched on 7 August. Before the launch, this electric SUV coupe of Tata is being discussed a lot and there are many reasons for this. After the company revealed the information about the exterior, now unofficial information about its battery pack options is coming out.

It is reported that Tata Curve EV can be offered with many battery pack options and their single charge range can be up to 600 km. Let us tell you in detail about Tata Curve Electric before the launch.

Features and Interior

The cabin of the 2024 Tata Curvv EV looks similar to the cabin of the new Nexon EV. Notably, this model features a 12.3-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system seen on the top variants of the Nexon EV. The trapezoidal AC vents and touch-based automatic climate control system have also been retained. The Curvv EV also features a digital instrument console. However, the multi-function steering wheel is now a four-spoke unit with an illuminated Tata logo as against the two-spoke unit on the Nexon range.

The interior of the Tata Curve ICE will also remain the same, but there could be some changes to differentiate the two models. The feature list will include wireless charging, connected car technology, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, ventilated front seats and more.

Powertrain of Tata Curvv SUV

The Curve EV will have two battery pack options – one will be a 40.5kWh battery pack and the other will be a 55kWh battery pack. The 55kWh pack can give a range of up to 550 km and the 40.5kWh battery pack can give a range of up to 465 km.
Talking about the ICE model, the SUV will come with two petrol engines and one diesel engine option. It will have the option of 1.2 liter turbo petrol engine (118bhp/ 170Nm), 1.2 liter GDI petrol engine (123bhp/ 225Nm) and 1.5 liter diesel engine (113bhp/260Nm). Talking about transmission, there will be an option of 6-speed manual gearbox and 7-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox. The SUV will come with three drive modes – Eco, City and Sport.
