An overwhelming 99 percent of C-suite executives in India believe that generative AI is a significant factor, indicating a significant change in the direction of AI-driven transformation in the nation’s business environment.

According to the research, which was based on an enterprise software major’s survey of over 300 C-suite officials, 60% of big organization leaders already had a well-defined generative AI strategy in place. Approximately 32% of organizations are currently working on creating one.

According to the research, this increased dedication highlights how crucial it is for companies to use generative AI technology in order to stay competitive.

Business executives rated generative AI as their top business goal due to staff demand for generative AI tools (49%) and consumer expectations for quicker, more personalized experiences (56%), as well as increases in productivity and efficiency (55%). Nevertheless, they also identified important adoption challenges, such as problems with accessibility and inclusiveness (38%), worries about erroneous outputs (34%), insufficient consumer and business data (32%), and a lack of governance (30%).
