HMD has announced the launch of a new smartphone in the Indian market. The recently released teaser uses the phrase “What it means to touch the sky”, which indicates that the company is going to launch HMD Skyline in India. This smartphone was introduced in the global market in July and includes Gen 2 repairability support as a unique feature. Sale and price

The first sale of HMD Skyline will start on September 17 on Amazon.in, HMD.com and other retail stores. This smartphone will be available in the option of 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, which is priced at Rs 35,999. It can be purchased in Twisted Black and Neon Pink colors.

Specifications of HMD Skyline

HMD Skyline has a 6.55-inch FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The maximum brightness of this display is 1000 nits and it is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. This smartphone is equipped with Octa Core Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 4nm processor and Adreno 710 GPU. It has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card.

For photography, the smartphone has a triple rear camera setup. It has a 108MP primary camera, which comes with OIS and EIS support. Apart from this, there is also a 13MP ultra-wide sensor and a 50MP telephoto sensor. The camera setup includes features like OZO Spatial Audio capture, Capture Fusion technology, 50mm Portrait mode and 4K video capture. For selfies and video calling, a 50MP autofocus camera has been provided. The battery of the smartphone is 4600mAh, and it has 33W fast charging support.
