The ‘Dusk Till Dawn’ singer recently took to his social media handle to share a cute picture of himself with his daughter. While wishing her on her 4th birthday, he said that he is proud to call her his daughter. He further added that he wouldn’t be the man he is today without her. Zayn wrote, “Happy birthday to the most important person in my life, I love you more than words allow me to express, beyond proud to call you my daughter.. grateful for every second I get to spend next to you, as you become the incredible person I know you already are. Four years ago today my life changed forever and I wouldn’t be the man I am today without you.”

Not only did Zayn had a wish, but his ex-girlfriend, mother of Khai, Gigi Hadid also wished her daughter with a bundle of pictures from the celebration. Calling her bestie, Gigi wrote, “Our girl is 4 today and we celebrated all week!!! She loves animals (fantastical ones too), music, baby yoda, all things nature & bugs, Descendants, anything squishy or miniature, and if possible- will be in the water from dawn til dusk. She is curious, adventurous, loving, and oh so witty Khai- it is my life’s greatest joy and pride to be your mama!!!! What caught everyone’s eye was the last name of Khai. While the couple never revealed Khai’s last name earlier after they broke up, Gigi revealed that her name in fact is “Khai Malik ”. It was a “Descendants”-themed scroll that showed her name, “Khai Malik.”

Zayn Malik earlier interacted with an entertainment portal where he talked about his daughter and her musical talents. He said, “Khai has a lot of natural ability herself already. I know, it sounds ridiculous because she’s three, but her retention for language, especially when it’s formatted in a music sense to her, has been amazing. She’ll remember every song that she likes. I look forward to seeing what she’s going to be capable of doing as he gets older. She asks everybody, whenever there’s a song on the radio, ‘Is my Baba singing?’ But in front of me, she gets shy about it.”

Zayn and Gigi Hadid ’s relationship

Malik began an on-again, off-again relationship with American model Gigi Hadid in late 2015. Gigi gave birth to their daughter in September 2020. The family spent a majority of their time at their residence on a working farm in rural Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where Malik tended to horses and cows. Malik and Hadid ended their relationship in October 2021, after Hadid's mother accused him of striking her; Malik entered a no contest plea to four charges of harassment. Court papers stated that Malik "grabbed and shoved her into a dresser causing mental anguish and physical pain" and said "lewd, lascivious, threatening or obscene words".
