Wheat flour- 300 grams
Broccoli- 250 grams
Tomatoes- 200 grams
Garlic cloves- 2
Tomato paste- 200 grams
Italian herbs – as needed
Salt – as per requirement
1- To make broccoli pasta, first boil the broccoli and boil it until it becomes soft. Now mash it well.
2- Now mix the mashed broccoli in the wheat flour and knead the dough well. Once the dough is ready, keep it aside.
3- Now make dough balls using scissors and cut them in pasta style. Now boil water in a pan and put the broccoli cut in pasta style in that boiling water. When it becomes slightly hard, then take it out of the water.
4- Now put oil in a pan and fry garlic, chickpeas, mashed tomatoes and tomato paste well. When they are cooked, add broccoli pasta to it. And after 10 minutes your broccoli pasta is ready.
