First Test between India and Bangladesh: On Day 3 of the first Test match between India and Bangladesh on Saturday, wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant of India was performing at his peak and adding a humorous touch as he was seen assisting Bangladesh prepare the field during his batting.

With their batting mastery, Shubman Gill and Pant light up Chepauk. They hold firm at the crease and demolish Bangladesh’s bowling lineup. When Pant was batting and instructed Bangladeshi captain Najmul Hossain Shanto to retain a fielder on the leg side, a humorous situation occurred.

Shanto even followed Pant’s instructions and relocated the fielder to the same spot, which added to the entire incident’s intrigue.

Pant moved to Bangladesh’s captain, requesting him to place a fielder on the legside, which was completely empty, as he was getting ready to take control against the bowler.

Day 3 of the first Test match between Bangladesh and India saw Pant provide a classic performance as he tore up Chepauk with a scorching century in his return.

Pant amused the fans with his daring knock, smashing Bangladeshi bowlers all over the park with a show of strength and precise strokes. It was a commanding demonstration of batting mastery that included his signature one-handed six as well as his funny sense of comedy.
