Nexon has become the only compact SUV to be sold in India with petrol, diesel, CNG and electric powertrains. According to reports, Brezza has registered sales of 124,019 units between January and August this year.

Tata Nexon CNG vs Maruti Brezza CNG: Engine

• In Tata Nexon CNG, you get a 1.2-liter turbo bi-fuel (petrol and CNG) engine, it generates a maximum power of 100PS and a peak torque of 170Nm. This engine comes with a 6-speed manual transmission.
• If we talk about the engine of Maruti Suzuki Brezza, then Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG gets a 1.5-liter K15C bi-fuel (petrol + CNG) engine, which generates a maximum power of 88PS and a peak torque of 121Nm. The engine is connected with a 5-speed manual transmission.

Note that currently you do not get the option of automatic transmission in both Brezza CNG and Nexon CNG cars.

Talking about the mileage of Tata Nexon CNG, this car can be 24 km/kg, Maruti Suzuki Brezza gives better mileage than Nexon CNG which is 25.51 km/kg.

Tata Nexon CNG and Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG Price

The ex-showroom price of Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG is between Rs 9.29 lakh and Rs 12.09 lakh. Talking about the price of its other three variants, the price of its LXI variant is Rs 9.29 lakh, VXI is Rs 10.64 lakh and ZXI is Rs 12.09 lakh.

Tata Nexon CNG Price: The ex-showroom price of Tata Nexon CNG starts from Rs 8.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 14.59 lakh. Its Smart variant is priced at Rs 8.99 lakh, Smart+ at Rs 9.69 lakh, Smart+ S at Rs 9.99 lakh, Pure at Rs 10.69 lakh, Pure S at Rs 10.99 lakh, Creative at Rs 11.69 lakh, Creative+ at Rs 12.19 lakh and Fearless+ PS at Rs 14.59 lakh. All these prices are ex-showroom prices.
