How to make Lemon Pickle
1). Wash the lemon and dry it.
2). Cut the lemon into pieces.
3). Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds; let them burst.
4). Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
5). Add ginger paste and garlic paste (if using).
6).Add lemon peel and mix well.
7). Mix vinegar (if using) and water.
8). Boil for a few minutes and then turn off the gas.
9). Allow to cool, then pour into a jar.
10). Store in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
