For this, first, install the IP Webcam APP from the Play Store.

As soon as the app is installed, click on the Start Server option at the bottom.

Some permissions will be asked from you, allow them.

After allowing the permission, the camera will open on your mobile.

An IP address will appear at the bottom of the screen, note it down.

Now type IP in the link address bar of your mobile browser and enter it.

To enter the IP address, the IP Webcam website will open on your phone.

Audio-Video Option
For the audio-video, you will have 2 options in front of you, in which video rendering and audio player will be present. You can select from these two options according to your needs. If you want to watch the video, then select Video Rendering and click on the browser. At the same time, if you want to watch audio along with the video, then click on the option Flash given with the video player.
