During this, he revealed that in an IPL match, Deepak Chahar did not listen to Dhoni, due to which he had to face a lot of scolding. Dhoni put his hand on his shoulders and said, 'You are not the idiot, I am the idiot'. Deepak himself revealed this after the match.
Mohit told on 2 Sloggers podcast that Deepak Chahar has been scolded the most by Dhoni. Recalling a match played in Chennai in the 2019 season, he said that Deepak threw a knuckle ball, which hit a boundary. After this Dhoni forbade him to throw this ball. Because at that time it was very hot in Chennai and it was becoming difficult to control the ball. But Deepak did not listen to him, threw the same delivery after two-three balls. Dhoni got very angry at this and ran towards Deepak. Putting his hand on his shoulders, he said- 'You are not the idiot, I am the idiot'. Deepak himself revealed this after the match.

Deepak Chahar has been playing with Mahendra Singh Dhoni for a long time. In the 2016 and 2017 seasons, both the players played together for Rising Pune Supergiants.
