Sunita said that after marriage she stopped wearing mini skirts and started wearing sarees.
Govinda thought Sunita was smart
Sunita told that her elder sister is the wife of Govinda's uncle. Because of this she used to visit his house often. Govinda was struggling as an actor at that time. Because of this he used to stay there. On this Govinda said that he found Sunita very smart.
Govinda said, "She seemed very smart to me, she used to talk with a dog in her hand, wearing skirts, chewing gum. She did not talk straight. She used to call me 'Chi Chi' in a very stylish way." Govinda and Sunita got married in 1987, but they kept their marriage a secret for the first year, because they were afraid that it would affect their careers. They have two children, daughter Tina and son Yashvardhan.
