The father of a Class 2 boy who was reportedly killed at his school in the Uttar Pradesh district of Hathras as part of “human sacrifice” has requested a SIT probe into the incident. over the continuing discussions over the boy’s purported black magic “sacrifice,” which was meant to bring the school recognition and prosperity, the father said, “My kid attended for four years. It doesn’t seem like any kind of ceremony was carried out there. He wasn’t given up. He was killed violently.

Shrikishan Kushwaha, the deceased’s father, said that his son had blue lips and a shattered neck bone. “I want them to be hung, or at least strangled, since my son was brutally killed, his lips went blue, and the neck bone was fractured. Justice is what I desire, Kushwaha said.

Dinesh Baghel, the manager of the institution, was killed by Kritarth’s father, a second-class child. It is said that the manager’s father, Jashodhan alias Bhagat, thought black magic might bring wealth to the school via human sacrifice, especially that of a kid.

Five persons have been detained in relation to the crime, including the father and the director of Rasgawan’s DL Public School. According to the local police, the five suspects have been placed into judicial custody and charged under Section 103(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

After the boy’s family filed a complaint, the manager was apprehended by the police while trying to dispose of the child’s corpse in his vehicle.

Ashok Kumar Singh, the Additional Superintendent of Police for Hathras, stated: “A student was killed on September 23rd in the hostel of DL Public School under Sahpau PS. A complaint was filed under the applicable provisions based on the complainant’s statement. The school’s owner is among the five suspects who have been taken into custody. They are now in the custody of the courts. Police will act by looking into every possibility.”

Swati Bharti’s Hathras Basic Siksha Adhikari (BSA) issued an order to shut the DL Public School on Friday. According to reports, the school was only recognized through class five and was operating “illegally” until class eight. In addition, Bharti has filed a lawsuit against the school’s management, accusing her of killing the student in an effort to use black magic to advance the institution.
